Sebleyo does not store full credit or debit card numbers on our servers. Payment details are encrypted and transmitted via TLS/SSL to our payment processors.
3. Timing of Payment
Payment is due in full at checkout. Orders are not processed or dispatched until payment is authorised.
Once payment is confirmed, you will receive an order confirmation email with a digital receipt.
4. Failed or Refused Payments
If a payment fails or is declined, the order will not be confirmed. Please check:

5. Invoicing & Proof of Purchase

To protect customers and our store, we may perform security checks (e.g., address verification, 3-D Secure, risk screening).
We reserve the right to cancel and refund any order if suspicious activity is suspected or payment cannot be verified.
7. Refunds
Eligible refunds are returned to the original payment method.
Refunds are typically processed within 5–7 business days after we receive and approve the return (your bank may take additional time to display the credit).
