Returns and Refund Policy

Sebleyo wants you to shop with confidence. This policy follows UK law, including the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 and relevant consumer rights, and is written to be clear, fair, and transparent.
1) Right to Cancel (Cooling-Off Period)

You may cancel your order within 14 days from the day after you receive it.

You do not need to give a reason, though feedback is appreciated.

Once you tell us you wish to cancel, you then have 14 days to return the item(s).

2) Accepted Returns
We accept returns where:

Change of mind (non-defective): item is returned within 14 days, unused, and in its original packaging with all accessories and manuals.

Defective or damaged on arrival: reported within 30 days of delivery.

Incorrect or missing items: reported within 14 days of delivery.
Tip: Keep all packaging until you are sure you wish to keep the product.
3) Non-Returnable Items
We cannot accept returns where:

The item has been used or shows visible wear not linked to a defect.

The item is not in its original retail packaging (including accessories/manuals).

Gift cards or digital items (if ever offered).

For safety reasons, unsealed feeding accessories (e.g., teats) unless faulty.
4) Return Conditions (What qualifies for a refund)
To qualify:

Items must be unused, clean, and returned with original packaging and all included parts.

You must request the return within 14 days of delivery (change-of-mind) or within the timeframes stated above for issues.

Include proof of purchase (order number or receipt).
5) Exchanges
We do not operate a direct exchange process.
If you want a different model/colour, please return for a refund and place a new order.
6) Fees & Return Postage

Change-of-mind: you are responsible for return postage.

Faulty/incorrect/damaged: we cover reasonable return costs (we may provide a prepaid label).

We do not charge restocking fees.
We recommend a tracked service and that you keep proof of postage.

Pack the item securely (original packaging where possible).

Send the parcel using the label or your chosen tracked carrier.

Keep the receipt and tracking until your refund is confirmed.

9) Refunds — Timing & Method

After we receive and inspect your return (or receive valid proof of posting for cancellations), we’ll email you the outcome.

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–7 business days (your bank may take additional time to show the credit).

For cancellations under the cooling-off rules, we will refund the item price and the cheapest standard outbound delivery (if paid), in line with UK regulations. Return postage for change-of-mind is not refunded.
10) Parcels Lost or Damaged in Transit
If your order is late, lost, or arrives damaged, contact info@sebleyo.co.uk within 7 days of the expected delivery date (or receipt), with photos where applicable. We will investigate and arrange a suitable resolution.
