Order Processing Times

  • Processing window: 1–5 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding UK public holidays).

  • Orders placed after 17:00 or on weekends are processed the next working day.

Delivery Options & Free Shipping

  • Standard delivery: quoted at checkout based on destination and parcel size/weight.

  • Free Standard Delivery: orders £50+ (thresholds for EU may differ—shown at checkout).

  • A tracking number is emailed once your order ships.

Customs, Duties & Taxes (EU Shipments)

Shipments from the UK to the EU may be subject to customs checks, duties, and local VAT. Where applicable, these are the recipient’s responsibility, unless otherwise stated at checkout. Customs processing can extend delivery times.

Address Accuracy & Delivery Attempts

Please ensure your delivery address is complete and accurate. If a parcel is returned as undeliverable or uncollected, we can re-ship (additional postage may apply) or refund the item price less outbound/return shipping where applicable.

Loss or Damage in Transit

If your parcel is late, lost, or arrives damaged, contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date (or receipt) with your order number and photos of any damage. We will investigate and arrange a suitable resolution.

Delays (Carrier or External)

While we do our best to meet stated timeframes, Sebleyo is not liable for delays caused by third-party couriers or events beyond our control. We will support you with tracking updates and next steps.
